Biography
Say hello to Stefan (Steh-fun, not Steh-fawn). He’s down to earth & the type of person who listens more than he speaks. He genuinely likes getting to know people & will easily become someone you will call a friend. Stefan has not only traveled the world but has lived all over the world including Saudi Arabia, Panama, Texas & Hawaii, just to name a few. He relocated to St. Louis in 2016 & quickly put down roots & invested in rental property. Previously an analyst, Stefan is always looking at the numbers & can help you see trends in the housing market to give you the upper edge when buying, selling or investing. Stefan’s favorite neighborhoods are Soulard, The Loop, U-City & currently calls Bevo home. His favorite non-real estate things are cars & guitars. When he’s not able to participate in rally cross or autocross, he’s jamming with his friends in his free time. He likes playing golf & can make anyone look like a pro if they play next to him. When he loses at golf, he’s got his dog named Indy to turn to for comfort; he’s 80 lbs of love & energy. Other interesting tidbits about Stefan; he has a PADI scuba diving license, he’s flown a plane solo before & can make you origami things out of chopstick wrappers. We think he could be a serious contender for the world's most interesting man.
